This quartet is so amazing on so many different levels...go see 'em whilst they still exist in PDX. I really think this one could go a long way in the Jazz world!

I used him almost exclusively in my band when he used to reside in the NYC area, as he always brought so much knowledge and artistry to the music. And combined with his multi-instrumentalist abilities, Chris Brown is a unique talent that's not often found.

  • Alberta Abbey 126 Northeast Alberta Street Portland, OR, 97211 United States (map)

The Swingin’ Sounds Arts Fair is hosting their inaugural event on Aug 10th with four performances (one of which is the Owen Broder Quartet). And like all music events like this, they work when the public supports them. As when we invest our time into activities like this, it sends a message to everyone that live performances are an integral part of how we humans connect and stay connected to the things and people that matter the most to us.

So we look forward to seeing as many people as possible participating in all of the activities associated with this event.
