80's Rewind & Unwind celebrates "International Jazz Day"

Even though Christopher performs every week at Jimmy Mak's at this time, this particular performance happens to land on April 30th, which, as a result of the efforts of the United Nations, is now globally recognized as "International Jazz Day." So this performance will represent Portland, Oregon's official participation with the United Nations, Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organizations' (UNESCO) celebratory day. So as always, Christopher's time slot on Wednesday's at Jimmy Mak's is dedicated to featuring his re-imaging of iconic 80's pop music through the lens of a Jazz perspective.
